Users access CHIP applications via a unique URL weblink.  Every application has one, so users simply click on a link in a website, email, instant message, or copy it from a brochure.

They're instantly taken to the application, and after a brief login, and a check to see if their email address meets your access rules, they then run the application and view any associated graphics, audio voice-overs, or video content.

CHIP walks them through complex processes, and provides feedback, guidance, and suggestions along the way.  Price quotes, configuration descriptions, and even graphic pictures change as they make choices and receive expert advice from CHIP.  Then, CHIP sends email messages to the user during the session, including detailed hard-copy price quotes and attachments such as product price lists, data sheets, or related documents and forms.

Code is reusable, since CHIP allows you to copy and paste functionality or clone entire applications to use as reusable logic for other projects.  In addition, you can store your media files on other servers or utilize public internet media services.

Applications may branch to other applications, making it easy to break down large projects into smaller, more manageable pieces.  With CHIP's domain administration features, work spaces are created to accommodate groups of developers working together, sharing project logic and media files.  Debugging tools include runtime trace logs and application design change logs.
